There are several ways to get REFUL CO products:

1. Visit one of our stores (Dallas or Fort Worth).  No order necessary, just shop our coolers for meals and juices.  Our store inventory is first-come, first-served...so we suggest getting there Sunday before items sell out.
2. Order online and pick up at our store.  You will order by Friday, we then cook and reserve your meals, you then come on Sunday or Monday to pick up your order.
3. Order online and pick up at a pickup partner location (see list of locations here).  You will order by Friday, we then cook and reserve your meals, you then come on Sunday or Monday to pick up your order.

Our retail stores are open:

Sun - 10am to 6pm

Mon - 10am to 7pm

Tue - 10am to 7pm

Deliveries to our pickup partner locations are guaranteed to be available after 1:30pm on Sunday.  Their hours of operation can be found HERE.

When customers place their order ahead of time it helps us understand how many meals we need to prepare and cook which ultimately helps eliminate waste.

Our stores have an in-store loyalty program where you can earn reward points.

We don't currently offer delivery.  However, some customer use the FAVOR APP to get their order from the pickup location.

You would order from us as normal.  On your pickup day:

1. Open the FAVOR APP
   
2. Type in a custom order
3. In the item field, type ORDER FOR [your name]
4. Enter the address for your pickup location
5. Submit

Your order will get assigned to a person and we would suggest communicating with them to explain where and what they're picking up.

This may sound complicated, but it can be done within 5 mins and if you're in a pinch it can save you a lot of time.
