When developing our menu we focused on 3 areas FLAVOR, PRESENTATION, AND PRICE. Our goal is to offer familiar flavors made using better ingredients and cooking methods. We put extra effort into our plate presentation because sight is part of your food experience (i.e. how your mouth can water from seeing a favorite dish). Finally, we remain conscious of your budget and work hard to source and offer you the best ingredients at a price point you can afford.

OUR WHOLE MENU IS GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, SOY FREE

Why did we decide to go 100% GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, AND SOY FREE...well, why not? When we were developing our menu we wanted to offer options to people that had these common dietary restrictions, but we wanted them to taste as good as all our other options. In the process we found alternatives that tasted so good that decided to simply create a menu that everyone can enjoy!

INGREDIENT STANDARDS

This list is constantly evolving as new information comes out, as new trends emerge, and as we continue to evaluate our mission.

Currently, we stick to these guidelines: 100% natural, as much organic as possible, local if possible, functional ingredients, no artificial sweetners, no antibiotics, no growth hormones, responsibly farmed.

Every year our team attends 2 natural food conferences (3-5 day long) where we learn more about our industry, ingredients, and trends.
